Purchase Options

At Attriante, we ensure a smooth and transparent buying process:

Made-to-Order Products – Each product is specially crafted once you place your order.
Secure Online Payments – Pay securely using UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or Wallets.
Order Confirmation – Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
Tracking – After your product is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Because our products are made-to-order, we have a strict but fair cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation Window – You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled.
Custom/Personalized Orders – Orders with customization or personalization cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
Refund Timeline – If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Cancellable Situations – Orders already shipped or handed over to the courier partner cannot be canceled.
